Dasein service terms.
These terms cover use of Dasein's spatial generation, upload, hosting, publishing, enquiry, analytics, and billing features.
Your account and content
Keep account access secure and use accurate billing information. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, generate from, publish, and share the content you submit, including property imagery and personal information.
Generated and captured tours
Text generation produces a spatial concept. It does not reproduce an exact property and must not be presented as a verified representation of a listing. Use a real capture when dimensions, condition, finishes, or layout must match the property. Review every tour before publishing it.
Plans, usage, and payment
A verified Free account receives one lifetime generation. Paid generation allowances belong to the workspace owner's account and are shared by authorized members. Current prices and billing intervals appear on the pricing page before checkout. The workspace owner manages the subscription and payment portal.
Acceptable use
Do not use Dasein to violate law or another person's rights, misrepresent a property, distribute malicious content, probe or bypass access controls, abuse generation capacity, or collect personal data without a valid purpose and notice.
Availability and responsibility
Spatial processing, third-party generation, browsers, networks, and hosted media can fail or change. Keep source files and business records you need. Dasein may suspend unsafe or abusive activity and may change limits or features with notice appropriate to the change.
